Yellow Loosestrife is a native wildflower found in permanently wet sites such as marshes or fens and also on the edges of ponds and rivers.
It is a tall attractive plant with rich yellow flowers in July and August.
It is pollinated by various types of wasps and a small bee, the Yellow Loosestrife Bee.
Yellow Loosestrife provides food for the following creatures:
