Seed orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, (2-3 working days), to UK mainland only.

Covid 19
Orders are being despatched by 2nd class mail and will not need to be signed for.
Orders containing tins or large seed orders will be sent 2nd class signed for, (so that I can track your parcel), but again you should not be asked to physically sign for the carton.
Returns
Please note I cannot accept returns for perishable products, (such as plants), unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If there is any problem with your order, please email me and I'll do my best to rectify the situation.
If you wish to return an item please contact me by email, within 7 days of delivery.
āItems must be returned to me within 14 days and buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Order cancellations will not be possible once the order has been despatched.
