Autumn has definitely arrived here in Dumfries & Galloway with some wonderful colour although we've still one or two flowers hanging in there too 🙂
Just a reminder that seeds make great presents, either a packet or two as a stocking filler or one of our collection tins as a perfect present for anyone into gardening for wildlife.
If you're local to Castle Douglas, the Heart of Galloway Visitor Centre, (open weekdays), has some wonderful locally made gifts as well as a good selection of our seeds and tins.
There seems to be some changes at Royal Mail and they're going to be offering you access to the Evri and DPD services for parcels. Please be assured we will only use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for any larger orders. They've also increased the large letter price by 30p but we've decided to continue sending all smaller orders 1st class and with no price increase for the time being.
Did you know that any orders over £10 usually contain a freebee packet of seeds. These are of our choosing so if it's a variety you don't like or need, please pass the packet on to someone else.
Don't forget to sign up to our newsletter for regular discounts but more importantly, as we enter the darkest part of the year, remember that spring is only about 4 months away and we're nearer next spring than the last one ☺
